By using ProbGoal, you agree to use the site as an independent informational and analytical service and to respect the limitations described below. If mandatory law gives you rights that cannot be waived, these Terms do not remove them.
1. Informational and analytical service
ProbGoal publishes football statistics, match information, model-generated probabilities, simulations, validation metrics and editorial analysis. It is not an official competition record and should not be treated as one where official confirmation is required.
2. Probabilities are estimates
Probabilities and projected outcomes depend on available data, model assumptions, calibration, encoded competition rules and the state of the tournament at the time of calculation. They can be wrong and are not guarantees of future sporting outcomes.
3. No betting, financial or professional advice
ProbGoal is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, wagering intermediary or betting advisory service. Probabilities are not official betting odds and are not a recommendation to place, avoid or size a wager. Nothing on the site constitutes financial, legal or other professional advice.
4. Live data and third-party information
Scores, schedules, events, lineups, standings and statistics may rely on third-party sources and can be delayed, incomplete, revised or unavailable. ProbGoal may use validation and fallback controls, but official competition records and announcements prevail in the event of a discrepancy.
5. Editorial and AI assistance
Some analysis may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence using a factual payload prepared by ProbGoal. Automated validation is designed to reject unsupported scorelines, percentages and fact references before publication, but corrections may still be required.
6. Intellectual property and identification marks
ProbGoal branding, original site design, original written content, model documentation and other original materials are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Competition names, club names, crests, logos, trademarks and other third-party identifiers remain the property of their respective rights holders and are used for identification, reporting, commentary and sporting context.
7. Permitted use and misuse
You may browse, link to and quote limited portions of public ProbGoal content with appropriate context and attribution, subject to applicable law. You must not falsely imply an official relationship with ProbGoal, UEFA, a club or a data provider; interfere with site security or availability; attempt to obtain secret credentials; use malicious automation; or reproduce ProbGoal branding/content in a way that creates a misleading competing or impersonating service.
8. External services and links
External links or references are provided for convenience or source context. ProbGoal does not control third-party availability, territorial restrictions, content, security or terms. ProbGoal does not host or retransmit live match video or audio.
9. Availability, changes and corrections
The website, datasets, models and features may be updated, corrected, suspended or withdrawn. A timestamp indicates the ProbGoal snapshot or verification time for the data shown; it is not a warranty that every upstream source updated at that exact time.
10. Responsibility and legal limits
You remain responsible for decisions made using information from the site. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ProbGoal does not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free third-party data and does not accept responsibility for losses caused solely by treating statistical estimates as guaranteed outcomes. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability, remedies or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes to these Terms
