Cookies
ProbGoal application code does not intentionally set optional analytics, advertising or profiling cookies in the current build. *No optional-tracking consent prompt is triggered by the application in this state; a preference/consent layer will be added before optional technologies are activated where applicable law requires it.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies and similar storage/access technologies can remember information on or about a device. Some are needed for a service to operate or remain secure; others are used for analytics, advertising, personalisation or profiling.
2. Current ProbGoal configuration
The current public application does not intentionally deploy optional analytics, advertising or profiling storage. ProbGoal therefore does not present a consent banner merely to create consent for technologies it is not using.
3. Essential infrastructure
Hosting, security or network providers may use strictly operational mechanisms where required to deliver traffic, prevent abuse, balance load or protect the service. Those mechanisms are controlled by the relevant infrastructure and are not used by ProbGoal application code to build advertising profiles.
4. Future analytics or advertising
If ProbGoal later enables non-essential analytics, advertising or comparable technologies, this policy will be updated and an appropriate consent/preference mechanism will be implemented before activation where required. Optional technologies will not be described as “essential” merely to avoid a genuine consent requirement.
5. Browser controls
You can use browser settings to inspect, block or delete cookies and site storage. Blocking mechanisms that are genuinely necessary for delivery or security may affect how a website functions.
6. Changes and contact
The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Questions about storage technologies may be sent to contact@probgoal.com.
